STAGING pricing

Prelist staging consultation $350

  • A one hour in home consultation with our staging consultant. Consultant will provide detailed instructions on each room; decluttering instructions, furniture placement, paint colors, minor or major renovation ideas, info for our vendors such as professional organizers, pressure washing, plumbing, roofing, etc. 

 

 

Vacant Staging $5,000

  • Entryway

  • One living room

  • One dining space

  • Kitchen

  • Master bedroom

  • Master bathroom

  • Powder bath

  • Office/Flex space

Staging requires 2 weeks notice. Most stagings can be completed in 4-7 days. $2500 deposit is due up front and $2500 final payment is due when staging is completed. Furniture will remain for 90 days. Extended periods of time will require monthly rental prices TBD.
